Traveled as a part of a team of three to Liberia to learn about the state of diamond mining, the US embargo and the Kimberly Certificate Process. Interviewed the Director of the National Security Agency and the Minister of Lands, Mines and Energy to understand Liberia’s future plans. Explored post-war landscape, toured and filmed a future Liberian diamond processing facility and a working diamond mine in Sierra Leone.
