Bio

Amanda Fornal is an explorer, photographer, diver and documentary film maker. She has traveled to more than 100 countries/territories, reaching each continent with the goal of expanding her knowledge of the world around us and sharing it through her photos and films. She has a keen interest in ocean exploration, animal rights, conservation, global health and cultural understanding.

For her current project “Love is…”, Amanda interviewed more than 600 people from over 75 different countries to discuss the cultural nuances of love. These interviews will culminate in a documentary film and book. Her other projects range from the history of tattooing in the South Pacific to INDogs of the Indian sub-continent.
